Jason Lear shows one of his eco-remodeling projects where a concrete foundation is poured into a new kind of form made out of Polystyrene foam. A foam is used upstairs as well. This expanding spray foam insulation is applied to the interior surface of all the exterior walls. The balloon framing of this aging house makes expanding foam the perfect choice for insulation.
